Most people are comfortable pointing out problems.
They can spot what is broken from a mile away, and they will gladly tell you about it.
Some people go a step further.
They start thinking about solutions, imagining what could work, and mapping out possibilities.
But very few actually build the solution.
They are the ones who roll up their sleeves, take responsibility, build solutions, and move ideas forward.
In my experience, it seems like the smallest group often creates the biggest change.

People who build solutions usually face the most criticism.
They get questioned, doubted, second-guessed, and sometimes ignored. But they stay with the work because they know progress does not always have to be perfect.
Solutions are successful wherever someone is willing to keep pushing forward.
Progress does not come from noticing the problem.
It does not even come from talking about the fix.
Progress comes from the people who do the work.
Which group are you investing your energy in becoming part of?
